For new builds and large-scale renovations, we provide interior design support focused on the construction phase. Working closely with you, your architect, and your builder, we guide the key decisions that shape how your home is built and how it will function day to day.

From custom millwork and interior detailing to lighting layouts, outlet placement, and finish coordination, we ensure the interior architecture is clearly defined and thoroughly documented before the build begins.

This service includes architectural plan review, concept development, selection of interior finishes and fixtures, and the preparation of detailed construction documentation to support a smooth and well-coordinated build process. Furnishings, decor sourcing, and installation are not included within this scope and can be added through our full-service interior design offering if desired.

We begin each new project with our discovery process. Through our questionnaire and an initial meeting, we learn all about your needs, wants and wishes for your space. From functional requirements to final aesthetics, this is the first step to ensure that the design is true to you.

Taking what we’ve learned about you and your lifestyle, we start to conceptualize and develop the design direction and style for your home. This step is key to the process as it sets the foundation for the project and will help inform design decisions.

We create drawing and specification packages inclusive of all technical drawings, materials, and fixture selections. We also create 3D renderings of the main living areas. Here is where you’ll begin to see your vision come to life.

We review and update the architectural plans to ensure they are fully aligned with your needs and support your way of living. Perfecting the floor plans is vital as they literally set the stage for the design. Without proper form, function cannot exist.

We provide your build team with the specifications to construct the interior of your space. There will be ongoing communication between us and your team to ensure that the project runs as seamlessly as possible.

Saving the best for last, this is where we put the finishing touches on your project to create a space that’s authentic to you. We handle all the ordering, delivery and installation of the furnishings.

Yes. We guide all interior material and finish selections, including cabinetry, flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures, and hardware. Our recommendations are based on performance, longevity, and overall cohesion. We always ensure selections are tailored to how your home will be used.

How do you handle changes during construction?
Construction projects evolve, and adjustments are sometimes necessary. When changes arise, we respond with clear, strategic guidance that considers the broader design vision, timeline, and impact on related decisions.

Can this service transition into full-service interior design?
Absolutely! Some clients choose to begin with construction-only design support and later expand into full-service interior design for furnishings and final styling once construction is complete.

What locations do you serve?
Our studio is based in British Columbia, and we work throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Whistler, and surrounding areas. We’re also open to select projects beyond these locations when the scope and fit are right. If you have a project in mind, we’d love to hear from you!
