Whether you’re beginning a full renovation, furnishing your home, or simply looking for guidance on design decisions, my approach is always centred around how you actually live in your space. The goal is simple: a home that genuinely makes you feel good. When design starts there, spaces feel comfortable, supportive, and beautiful in a way that lasts. This shapes how I approach layout, materials, furnishings, and longevity, always with care for your wellness and the environment.

Raised in a family of custom home builders spanning generations, I’ve spent my life around job sites and conversations where sequencing, coordination, and long-term decisions really mattered. That early exposure gave me a deep understanding of how homes are built and how dream spaces come together over time. Paired with my Interior Design Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, this background shapes how I approach design, helping me balance how a home looks, feels, and lives.

Throughout your project, you can expect to work directly with me and receive clear guidance, steady leadership, and maybe even an occasional joke along the way.

Meet The Team

Kiaya has always had a natural eye for creating beautiful, functional spaces. From a young age, she was the go-to person among family and friends for home styling advice, which eventually led her to pursue a career in interior design. She earned her Diploma in Interior Design with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

At ADB Interiors, Kiaya approaches every project as a unique reflection of each client’s lifestyle and vision. Her commitment to thoughtful design, open communication, and attention to detail ensures a seamless and satisfying experience from concept to completion.

Born in Alberta and raised in BC, Leo is the youngest (and furriest) member of the ADB Interiors team. A lifelong admirer of design, he officially joined the studio after realizing his natural gift for comfort and style.

Leo takes his quality control duties seriously—whether testing the plushness of a sofa, the softness of a rug, or the coziness of a throw. His paws-on approach ensures every piece is both beautiful and nap-approved.

giving back to the community

Giving back is a meaningful part of my life and an important part of our studio’s values. As a teenager, I underwent major spinal surgery at BC Children’s Hospital, an experience that left a lasting impression. During my time there, I developed a deep respect for healthcare workers and an awareness of how profoundly environments can impact comfort, well-being, and healing.

That perspective continues to shape both my work and my community involvement today. Through Ashley de Boer Interiors, I support BC Children’s Hospital as well as several other local initiatives focused on youth, wellness, and creative expression. From volunteering and charitable giving to supporting community-led arts and outreach programmes, these efforts reflect a shared belief in creating environments, and opportunities, that genuinely support others.
