Our consulting services are a great way to collaborate with us on a modest budget. Whether you’re looking for recommendations or design advice to confidently make decisions, you can use these sessions however you see fit. Our team can also assist you with tasks such as spatial planning, 3D renderings, problem solving, creative direction, sourcing items and material selections. This service is offered in-person and virtually.

We begin each new project with our discovery process. Through our questionnaire and an initial meeting, we want to learn all about your needs, wants and wishes for your space. From functional requirements to final aesthetics, this is the first step to ensure that the design is true to you.
Taking what we’ve learned about you and your lifestyle, we start to conceptualize and develop the design direction and style for your home. This step is key to the process as it sets the foundation for the project and will help inform design decisions.
We create drawing and specification packages inclusive of all technical drawings, materials, and fixture selections. We also create 3D renderings of the main living areas. Here is where you’ll begin to see your vision come to life.
We review and update the architectural plans to ensure they are fully aligned with your needs and support your way of living. Perfecting the floor plans is vital as they literally set the stage for the design. Without proper form, function cannot exist.
We provide your build team with the specifications to construct the interior of your space. There will be ongoing communication between us and your team to ensure that the project runs as seamlessly as possible.
Saving the best for last, this is where we put the finishing touches on your project to create a space that’s authentic to you. We handle all the ordering, delivery and installation of the furnishings.
