Seeking a quieter pace of life, our clients relocated to Lynn Valley with the intention of creating a home that truly supports how they live and work. Originally a spec build, this residence evolved into a highly tailored home shaped around their routines and long-term needs.

We were engaged early, beginning with a full re-planning of the interior layout. The formal living and dining rooms were removed and reconfigured into dedicated his-and-hers home offices, reflecting the reality that both clients work from home. The rear of the home was reimagined into a generous open-concept kitchen, dining, living, and bar area designed for connection and ease.

A measured juxtaposition of clean architectural lines and warm natural finishes defines the design. Wood tones and softer textures bring balance to more modern elements, creating a home that feels structured yet welcoming. The space now enhances daily life, supporting productivity while offering a refined backdrop for gathering.
