Whether you’ve recently moved in or are refreshing existing spaces to better support how you live in your home, we help you navigate the many decisions involved in furnishing with clarity and care.

We’ll select furniture, lighting, and textiles with real life in mind. That might mean choosing kid- and pet-friendly performance fabrics, custom fixtures that add warmth and definition, and furniture with character that ages gracefully over time.

From sourcing and procurement through delivery, placement, and styling, we manage the details so the final result feels cohesive, comfortable, personal to you.

We begin each new project with our discovery process. Through our questionnaire and an initial meeting, we  learn all about your needs, wants and wishes for your space. From functional requirements to final aesthetics, this is the first step to ensure that the design is true to you.

During this phase, we work with you to establish an estimated budget for each item/piece and produce an overall budget that we will use as a reference when sourcing for your project.

With a design direction established and budget in place, we start to source the furniture, art and decor for your home. We’ll present you with a digital mockup with 2 options for each area as a starting point to work from. 

Taking what we’ve learned about you and your lifestyle, we start to conceptualize a design direction for your furnishings. This step is key to the process as it sets the foundation for the project and will help inform furnishing selections and decisions.

We'll make revisions as needed, then following the final selections, we’ll proceed with ordering all the pieces to bring your dream space together.

Once all the items have arrived at the warehouse, we’ll schedule an install day. During install, movers and our team will be on site to set everything up, hang the art, style and add that designer’s touch to your space.

What locations do you serve?
Our studio is based in British Columbia and we work on furnishing projects throughout the region, including Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Whistler, and surrounding areas. We’re also open to travel nationwide and internationally for projects that are the right fit! Don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can you work with my existing furniture pieces?
Yes! We’re happy to incorporate existing pieces that are meaningful or well suited to your home. Whether it’s a family heirloom or a favourite investment piece, we thoughtfully integrate what you already own so the final result feels cohesive and personal.

Will I have options to choose from?
Yes. We typically present a small number of well-considered options for each selection. This approach provides flexibility while maintaining clarity and cohesion, helping decisions feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

Will we go shopping together?
In some cases, yes. For select projects, we may schedule a guided showroom visit to a small number of our trusted trade partners. These appointments are thoughtfully planned and focused, allowing you to see and sit-test key pieces so we can better understand your preferences for comfort and style.

These visits are not traditional shopping trips, but help us refine selections with clarity, while we continue to manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics on your behalf.

Can I make purchases myself?
Purchasing is handled through our studio using trusted trade partners. Managing procurement directly allows us to oversee orders, coordinate delivery, address any issues, and ensure everything arrives as intended. This approach allows you to sit back and relax while we handle everything.

Can I use my personal credit card for purchases?

All furnishings are ordered through our trade accounts so we can manage warranties, claims, and logistics efficiently. This allows us to take responsibility for the procurement process and ensures a smoother experience from order through installation.
