We begin each new project with our discovery process. Through our questionnaire and an initial meeting, we learn all about your brands needs, wants and wishes. From functional requirements to final aesthetics, this is the first step to ensure that the design is true to your brand.
Taking what we’ve learned about your brand, we start to conceptualize and develop the design direction and style for your space. This step is key to the process as it sets the foundation for the project and will help inform design decisions.
We create drawing and specification packages inclusive of all technical drawings, materials, and fixture selections. We also create 3D renderings of the main areas. Here is where you’ll begin to see your vision come to life.
We review and update the architectural plans to ensure they are fully aligned with your needs and support your brand. Perfecting the floor plans is vital as they literally set the stage for the design. Without proper form, function cannot exist.
We provide your build team with the specifications to construct the interior of your space. There will be ongoing communication between us and your team to ensure that the project runs as seamlessly as possible.
Saving the best for last, this is where we put the finishing touches on your project to create a space that’s authentically your brand. We handle all the ordering, delivery and installation of the furnishings.
