Situated in the heart of Whistler Village, Northlands Village Residences were envisioned as a refined mountain property balancing ownership, comfort, and community. The goal was to create shared spaces that feel elevated yet approachable, offering residents a boutique, resort-inspired experience rooted in Whistler’s character.

Our scope included the transformation of the lobby lounge, amenities, and show suite. Warm materials, natural textures, and tailored detailing create spaces that are both welcoming and enduring.
Inspired by the calm of a spa-like retreat, the amenities include a hot tub, sauna, pool, gym, outdoor kitchen with harvest tables, and a lounge with pool table, all positioned to take in sweeping mountain views.

Each space encourages connection and ease, allowing residents to gather, unwind after a day outdoors, or simply enjoy their surroundings. The show suite carries this same philosophy on a more intimate scale, blending layered textures and warm tones into a residence that feels refined, comfortable, and grounded in its setting.
